Yes. Fatburger and Buffalo's Express are both going in on the same lot. The wash opens first and the restaurants follow once their build-out is done.

Not at first. The car wash opens before the restaurants do, because their build-out takes longer. We don't have a date for the food court yet, and VIP list members will hear as soon as we do.
